Define the processes your factory runs — cutting, bending, polishing, plating, whatever yours are — once, and reuse them on every job.
Route each job step by step
Give each job card its processes in order. Every step has its own status, so progress is visible stage by stage rather than as a single done-or-not flag.
Workers and machines on every step
Assign a worker and a machine to each process. Each worker keeps their current assignments and a work history; each machine keeps a record of the jobs it has run.
A printable work schedule
See and print the schedule of work — by worker or across the factory — so the day's plan is on paper where the work actually happens.
Live operational view
A dashboard of open and in-progress work, urgent jobs, machine load and who is present, with trends over the last fourteen days. Dedicated reporting is in development.
Connected records
How it works with the rest of Factora
Production in Factora is the job card seen from the factory floor. The processes you route are the steps workers are assigned to; the machines you assign are the ones whose load the dashboard shows; and for new production, the finished quantity flows into stock when the job is completed.

What is production management software?
It is software that plans and tracks the work of making things — which jobs are running, what stage each has reached, and which people and machines are doing it. Factora does this on job cards routed through your own list of processes.
Can I track each process separately?
Yes. Every process on a job card has its own status and its own assigned worker and machine, so you can see exactly which step a job is on.
Does Factora track machine usage?
Yes. Machines are assigned to process steps, each machine keeps a record of the jobs it has run, and the dashboard shows current machine load.
