Mark a worker available, on a job, on leave or off duty straight from the list, so anyone looking can tell at a glance who can take the next job.
Assigned to the steps of a job
Name a worker on each process of a job card, together with the machine they are running, so every step shows who is responsible for it.
Who is on what, right now
Each worker's page lists the jobs they are currently working on, read live from the job cards rather than a list someone has to keep up to date.
A history of completed work
Every job step a worker has personally completed stays on their page, so you can see what each person has actually done.
A printable schedule
Print one worker's schedule or the factory's whole work schedule to hand out on the shop floor.
Connected records
How it works with the rest of Factora
Worker records are not a second list to keep in sync. A worker's current jobs and their work history are read straight from the job cards: name them on a step and that job appears on their page; complete the step and it moves into their history. Nothing is entered twice, so the workforce view is never out of date with production.

What is worker management software?
It is a system for keeping track of a factory's workforce — who works there, what they can do, what they are working on and what they have completed. Factora connects that record to your job cards, so it stays current as the work happens.
Can I see which worker is on which job?
Yes. Workers are named on the individual steps of a job card, along with the machine they are using, so each job shows who is working on it and each worker's page shows the jobs they are on.
Does Factora track attendance or payroll?
No. Factora tracks work — status, assignments and completed steps — not attendance registers, wages or payroll. It is built to run production, and sits alongside whatever you already use for HR.
Is it available in Hindi?
Yes. Every screen is available in English and Hindi, and each user chooses their own language.
